Launching a new website calls for a celebration. We love working with our clients to help their vision for their website’s design become a reality, and when that happens after months of collaboration, hard work and dedication we can’t wait to recognize them.
Today’s featured client is Oil Price Information Services, or OPIS, a company providing easy access to transparent data, expert-level customer service, educational events and energy data solutions for price transparency across the global fuel supply chain so that all stakeholders can buy and sell oil products with confidence.
Our team began working with OPIS at the beginning of this year because they needed to completely revamp their web presence.
Previous Website Pain Points
OPIS’ old website was unintuitive and overwhelming from the moment a visitor landed on the homepage. The design was outdated and failed to establish the credibility OPIS deserves within the marketplace. Further, the site wasn’t mobile responsive or optimized for visibility in search engines.
We had our work cut out for us, so we jumped in to give OPIS a new web presence they could be proud of. Most importantly though, we were excited to give OPIS a new website that would help them drive business growth and position them favorably among the competition.

The Transformation of OPIS Online
This is everyone’s favorite part – seeing the transformation from the old website to the new and improved one. The new OPIS website is modern and sophisticated. It immediately showcases Why OPIS? that’s supported by impactful imagery. Our designers paid close attention to creative treatments of each potential action on the site. Close attention to details like navigation text turning green (from grey) when hovering reinforces a level of sophistication more in line with OPIS’ standing in the market.
The new site has improved organization that lets users choose their experience by persona or commodity. Plus, product pages clearly present an overview, key features and benefits, third party proof and CTAs to encourage engagement (free demo, contact us, find a product).
