Amida Care, an existing client, was due for a redesign and we were excited to continue the partnership to give them a new, updated and modern website.
Designed years ago, Amida Care had outgrown their website and needed to address their brand, position and messaging. They needed a web presence that would elevate key messaging about the organization and convey what makes it special and unique – not just a healthcare plan but also a social justice organization.
As Amida Care evolved, their web presence became segmented and difficult for users to make sense of.
Strategy
To start, we collaborated with the Amida Care team to develop a Messaging Blueprint. We explored Amida Care’s brand elements including:
- Who they are
- What they do and who they do it for
- Why Amida Care matters
- Culture, market drivers and influencers
This exploration exercise resulted in a comprehensive Messaging Blueprint inclusive of a solidified market position, brand messaging and Amida Care’s purpose in the not-for-profit ecosystem.
Next, Amida Care’s health plans weren’t easily accessible in a single place.
To ensure visitors were aware of their options, we needed one, unified website. So, we consolidated the four separate websites: Live Life Plus, Live Life Advantage, True Life Advantage, True Life Plus.
The updated website features a new, fresh look and an improved, easy-to-use navigation. Now, there are individual sections for Amida Care members and providers.
Plus, imagery and videos appropriately represent their mission, value to the community and their advocacy work.
In addition to the new design and layout, Amida Care’s new site provides health information, improved organization of resources, simplified access to latest news and events, and more.
