Challenge
Communicating highly scientific and regulated research methods with a web design that also conveyed the significant purpose of their work was Palatin’s biggest challenge when we started working together on their website redesign.
They needed to reach the investor community and pharmaceutical industry to provide relevant information and validate credibility, but their website was coming up short.
Strategy
To start, we structured Palatin’s homepage according to two categories: therapeutic area and target audience segment.
This approach provides accessible doorways into deeper sections based on familiar categories to users and lets them self-select based on their preference.
Next, we used specific imagery with the goal of humanizing Palatin’s research work. Combined with a cleaner layout, we were able to accurately showcase the research Palatin is committed to and heavily invested in.
A customized clinical pipeline was designed to appeal to both the investor community and pharmaceutical industry. It simply, yet effectively, shows the progress of Palatin’s research efforts in a more sophisticated way than previously.
