Challenge

Like many of our clients, Chadwick Martin Bailey’s website was very outdated when they began working with us.

As a market research and consulting firm working with some of the world’s leading brands, they saw their clients’ modern, impactful websites and knew theirs fell behind. It was evident they needed a completely revamped look and feel and a website that reflects who they really are.

Strategy

From the start, CMB has been very strong in their market research capabilities. But, they wanted to highlight their consulting expertise to take it to the next level with current and prospective clients.

This new website needed reposition them as a market research firm, but also a highly consultative, strategic partner.

We started with elevating customer-centric messaging that resonates with their audiences challenges and needs. This messaging is leveraged in key real estate on the homepage to immediately grab the attention of visitors.

On deeper pages of the site, it was especially important to continue with impactful messaging so we used strong, customer-centric headlines.

Next, we spent a lot of time researching and planning imagery. Creative, fun, emotive imagery was critical to support messaging. But, we also needed to display their strategic personality so while the imagery was expressive it was imperative to find a balance with a data-driven impression. Although they work with some of the world’s leading consumer brands, CMB’s still needed to portray a B2B image.

In the end, it was CMB’s courage to commit to standing out amongst a competitive landscape that largely blended in with the rest and settled on fitting in. And with that commitment, you get a website that represents a forward-thinking, extremely intelligent company.
