Challenge
When Dale Medical came to us about their web presence, their biggest challenge was finding a way to display the breadth of their very personal products in the most appropriate way possible.
It was also important to improve the findability of products and sales representative information.
Strategy
The new Dale Medical website is crisp, clean and much easier to navigate – ultimately overcoming the challenges we set out to face.
We created an enhanced experience for users inclusive of an unified and clean products overview page. Each individual product page features associated product specific resources that are easily accessible.
To make it easier for users to find information for a sales representative, a custom “Find a Sales Rep” was designed and developed to allow filtration by location, city and/or zip code. This functionality allows users to get in touch with a Dale Medical representative in the easiest way possible for them.
