About the position
emagine is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. We are looking for a high-energy, charismatic, web and social media-savvy individual to find, engage, screen and hire talented employment candidates.
As a Recruiter, you will work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs in order to find the most fitting candidates.
Location: Remote (US Based Only)
Responsibilities
- Work with emagine’s hiring managers to understand their needs and create “ideal candidate” profiles
- Search for and engage candidates on LinkedIn and other relevant networks
- Write job postings to publish to all relevant boards
- Screen and manage all candidates through JazzHR
- Bring candidates through the hiring process with the hiring managers
- Post jobs and culture-centric content to social media
- Nurture unhired candidates via ongoing (quarterly) e-mail marketing campaigns in the event of hiring them at a later date
- “Always be recruiting” – even at times when a position might not be open, as to build a strong “rolodex” of candidates to turn to as positions open up

- Strong written, communication and time management skills
- Marketing experience, knowledge and instincts
